The Department of Instrumentation & Control Engineering was started in the year 1998 with an intake of 40 students in the first batch, which has subsequently been raised to 60 students.  The students of this Department have been able to secure commendable results which helped them in their effective placements.  The Department has been maintaining the Techno savvy, sophisticated modern equipments in various laboratories to train the students as per the standards set up by the University with applicability in the Industry.
